With over 20 years of experience as a brilliant Behavioral Strategist at leading organizations like Amazon, Ipsos, Nielsen, Third Eye, and Quantum, Revati has a remarkable ability to decode the human element in business. Her extensive work spans both rural and urban India, where she has immersed herself in diverse people and contexts across sectors including e-commerce, healthcare, education, finance, consumer goods, and food & beverage. She consistently helps brands understand the intricate behaviors, motivations, and cultural nuances that truly drive business impact. In her most recent role prior to 3BT, Revati was a Prime UXR Lead at Amazon, where her insights directly informed user research and product strategy for Prime in India. Revati’s intuitive understanding extends to exploring workplace behaviors and their symbiotic relationship with organizational culture.
