Shalini brings over 20 years of experience as a design practitioner from Autodesk, Salesforce, and Cisco. She blends people-centered research, strategic design, and compelling storytelling to create tangible business impact. At Salesforce, particularly within their Ignite team—the innovation consulting arm for strategic customers—Shalini led human-centered digital transformation journeys for leading multinational brands. She collaborated with cross-disciplinary teams, teams to address some of the most interesting challenges of Salesforce’s largest customers in India.
Her design practice is enhanced by her unique certification as one of only three facilitators in India for Stanford’s “Design Your Life” program. She’s also certfied in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology by The Association of Master Trainers. Beyond her professional credentials, Shalini holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Indian Aesthetics and is deeply passionate about Indian mythology, Indic culture, and philosophies, enriching her work with a profound cultural understanding.
